This Terms & Conditions Policy governs the use of all services offered by eduGuardian FZE LLC. By engaging with our services — including counselling, application support, visa assistance, training programmes, and placement guidance — you agree to be legally bound by these terms.

Scope of Agreement

This policy applies to all service delivery channels including in-person consultations, online platforms, partner offices, and authorised representatives. Use of eduGuardian's website, platforms, and associated services constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Service Disclaimer

eduGuardian provides advisory, facilitation, and application support services only. We explicitly state:

No guarantee of university admission — decisions rest solely with the respective academic institutions.
No guarantee of visa approval — final decisions rest with immigration authorities and embassies.
No guarantee of employment outcomes — unless explicitly stated under a separate contractual agreement.

All outcomes are subject to independent third-party evaluation, eligibility criteria, and regulatory approvals beyond the Company's control.

User Obligations

Provide complete, accurate, and truthful information at all times.
Submit valid, authentic, and legally recognised documents as required.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, immigration rules, and institutional requirements in the destination country.
Adhere strictly to agreed payment terms, schedules, and contractual obligations.
Cooperate in a timely manner with requests for additional documentation or clarification.

Intellectual Property

All content — including graphics, logos, digital materials, and platform features — is the exclusive property of eduGuardian FZE LLC. No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or modified without explicit prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, eduGuardian shall not be liable for:

Decisions made by third-party institutions including universities, embassies, consulates, or government authorities.
Delays, rejections, or processing outcomes related to visa applications or admissions.
Errors, omissions, or misrepresentations arising from information provided by the user.
Indirect, incidental, consequential, or financial losses resulting from service use.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, where the Company is registered. Applicable principles of UK higher education regulatory and consumer protection standards apply where relevant to international academic collaborations. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the UAE.

Modifications

eduGuardian reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of platforms after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions.
